We are off of school today, so kids brought Easter candy treats for teachers and classmates yesterday. When I got home last night, I wanted something sweet, but I didn’t bring any of it from school. So I made my own:
I actually do this with some regularity. I figure the peanut butter has protein, so that’s good. And the semi-sweet chocolate chips have antioxidants. This snack is practically health food!
It’s a deconstructed Reece’s peanut butter cup! You could charge $12 for that at a trendy restaurant!
