I guess even though I don’t live in Maui anymore, I’m still stuck on sunrises. Here comes another sunrise post…
In the mornings at school, I drink coffee, and then I have to go to the bathroom. The boys bathroom has a tiny window in it that faces east. Whenever I go in there before school, I see the pretty colors of the sunrise through it:
It was beastly hot here last week. This week, it’s much cooler. In the morning, I even had to turn my air conditioner off. I haven’t had un-air-conditioned air in my classroom in years. How interesting!
Bathroom windows can be integral to the air quality of bathrooms utilized by young males, I should think, but to be able to regularly view a sunrise through them is a bonus. Good for you for noticing!
Glad you all finally got a break in the temperature. We’ve been SO blessed back here in “Merlin, Hon” – haven’t needed the A/C for a few days now. Dew Points in the 50’s. Heaven on earth; thanking God.
I am also thankful for the break in heat – you guys have been having some weird weather!
