We had trunk or treat at school last night. I had seen Black Adam last weekend, and thought that seemed like the perfect costume for me. After all, I do bear a striking resemblance to Dwayne Johnson. I decided I would build the throne he sits on in the movie.
I used cardboard boxes and the paper people they sell in the tarp aisle.

The trunk or treat event itself was fun. My display was way less flashy than the rest though. If I do this next year, I’ll need some lights. And maybe some kind of game that the kids play. And maybe a smoke machine. (The other cars were pretty fancy).
When I saw yours, I thought it was amazingly fancy. The other cars were just over the top. Yours was perfect.
HA!!!!! I love that! I can’t believe that outfit and setup!!!!! That is just glorious!
Deborah, how on earth did you see the others? Are you in California? I thought I saw you last night. ๐
Thatโs way cool.
Your facial expression makes the entire scene, Brad – now you know that, if Dwayne ever needs a stand-in, you can offer your services. ๐
[Our T or T is in a few hours; we’re hoping for even more visitors than in past years. I just go with my usual scare crow that gives out witness toys and candy “beCAWS Jesus loves you”. Lame, I know, but my four 3-D crow props are pretty cool at least.]
Lauren picked the right word: GLORIOUS!
Well done, sir. Well done.
Swansboro! Ok, I meant “Amazing!”, but that’s what typed instead…..hmmm I thought, yeah, “SWANSBORO “! You nailed it, how funny! (I think I have a new word! )
