For a period of time, I had a series of Superman watches. They had silver-colored bands and a silver S on the face. But they were discontinued, and I couldn’t replace them.
I’ve been wearing a Swatch lately, but every once in a while I’ve searched for a new Superman watch. The other day, I had an inspiration, and wondered if I could order a “make your own” watch, and put a picture of the Superman symbol on the face. I looked for a picture online, and found one of a Superman floormat for a car. It was perfect. I sent it in, and voila:
The band is too big, so I’ll have to figure out how to get some of the links out. I wish I would have kept that little tool that came with my new Swatch band.

It used to be that you could take watches to jewelry counters/stores and they could do that for you, but I don’t know if that’s a thing anymore.
