Ok, so this is kind of a boring post, but I got the most amazing apples from the grocery store. They’re just regular ol’ Fujis, but wow! I bit into one at lunch yesterday, and it was an explosion of almost floral sweetness.
I may have made a lot of noises while I was eating it.
I wonder what determines the amount of flavor a fruit has. Sunshine? Water? My parents had fruit trees and some years the flavor was stronger than others, so now I’m very curious.
