My pool pump broke a few weeks ago. Fortunately, my realtor had me get a home warranty policy. Unfortunately, it took a LOT of phone calls and emails and appointments to get the home warranty company to agree to fix it and the pool repair place to repair it.
While the pool repair place was replacing the pump, I had them replace the filter too. It was in bad shape. Now I just need a heater, and my pool will be ready for business…
