It was an adventurous trip back to LA, but not because of turbulence, thank God. It was because I was seeing all kinds of new places. It started with our departure point – La Guardia Airport. I don’t think I’d ever been there. It was nice.

And even nicer, Denis has a credit card that gets him (and a guest) into the United Lounge. Wow! It was beautiful, had comfortable chairs, and free food!

On the flight to Denver, I watched Groundhog Day. It had been a while since I’d seen it. It was fun to see again.

It was not, however, fun to use the bathroom. I had noticed this on the flights out to New York as well – people weren’t putting tissues in the trash. Is this a thing now? Just throwing used tissue and toilet paper on the floor of the airplane bathroom? Yuck.

In Denver, we stopped at the United Lounge there. It was even bigger. We grabbed some free food and headed on our way, but not before I did a quick walkthrough of the whole place. I’m going up the steps in the picture below:

The flight to LA went quickly, and soon I was home again. Someone was really happy to see me:

I can now finally say I know someone who took a photo inside an airplane bathroom.
Ick. Sorry for you!
Loved a trip through the Denver Airport last November. That alone could be a field trip.
Glad you are home again safely – as Bruno obviously was.
(I read this at 3:30 am but didn’t comment. Now it’s late. Sorry.)
I’ve watched videos about the United clubs! How cool that you actually got to experience them! Very cool, Denis!
