Finding Filters

Yesterday started with rain, and not just a sprinkle. It was heavy rain. How exciting! I could watch it through the diner window.

My truck air conditioner has been smelling weird lately. I wondered about replacing the air filter. After watching a video, I found out that it would be exceedingly easy. It’s right in the back of the glove box! I bought a new filter and replaced it.

It got me thinking about the engine air filter. Could I replace that too? I watched a video. Yes, yes I could replace it. I went back to the auto parts store to get a new one.

My filters are new and my air is clean. Yay!

WHAT?? I am super impressed, and God bless the internet. You saved enough money for many meals at the diner!

Also, this song is on my travel playlist. Seems appropriate for a rainy diner: https://youtu.be/DCCWVk1fgpY?si=zZS34VnaZOUeQn4q&t=26

Amazing – I read that these things are simple to replace but think anything I attempt will take three times as long as it ought and wind up costing far more than if I had a “professional”do it. You have proven that theory wrong, sir. Good for you!
