Yesterday was Philippine Independence Day. There was a celebration at a park near my house. I could walk there! On my way, I walked over Interstate 110. I’ve never done that before! How exciting!
The festival was festive. There was music and stuff for sale and food. I got some food. Yum!
In the evening, I went to Mary and Karl’s house for a farewell party for the Blakes. It was nice. Lots of talking and laughing. They will be missed, but their new ministries in Texas will be great I’m sure.
There’s someplace walkable in LA? Not possible! (I am kidding.)
