I have passed by this sign many times:
It’s such a distinctive sign, it always catches my eye.
There are many burger restaurants in LA. Most of them say “charbroiled” on the sign. They all seem to offer the same burger: cheese, lettuce, tomato, and thousand island dressing. I haven’t seen this in any other place I’ve lived. It’s an interesting cultural feature of this area.
The other day, I finally stopped at this one. The burger was ok, but the onion rings were AMAZING. They are the best I’ve had in a long time. The onions were sweet, and the breading was just right. If you’re looking for good onion rings, this is the place to go.
Mmmmm…… onion rings………….
I ate some seasoned waffle fries this week and they were so good! Crunchy sides are the best.
