Yesterday was Lauren’s Day of Fun. We started out by going to the lake for a fire. It was really nice.
I was a little cool, so I was using a blanket. Lauren then offered something I don’t think I knew about – butt-warming coals. She put coals from the fire under my seat. It was surprisingly effective.
After that, we drove to Omaha, where we went to lots of different stores. I love looking around in stores, so it was a Day of Fun for me too. I didn’t take any pictures, there, but here’s a picture of the road.
When we got home, we took naps. It was wonderful!
In the evening, I went to chat with Brent on his porch. I tried to take a picture of the lightning bugs, but I was unsuccessful:
