Yesterday was fun. Church, then a trip to Lincoln. I got a new hat for walking around on the Fourth.
In the evening, I went to my mom’s house. We had summer sausage and cheese and crackers for dinner. Mmm… There were three brands of summer sausage. My favorite was the middle one.
Lauren had found some cheese that she sent along with me.
It was funny, because my mom always says she’s “vintage”. Hehe…

*Way to get all the sodium and assorted preservative chemicals in one snack-meal! (This butcher’s daughter never ate summer sausage – Genoa salami, yes; summer sausage, no.)
*I wondered if the Irish cheddar was an homage to the Big family trip ya’ll took…?
