I had a typical Brad Thanksgiving yesterday.
I cooked a turkey. It was a 23 pounder. I like LOTS of leftovers. I put the turkey breast down in the pan. I don’t remember if I’ve ever done that before.


It made picking the dark meat a lot easier, so that was nice. And I’m not sure if it was just my imagination, but I think the breast meat was moister, because it was soaking in the drippings.
The meal was delicious.

And now I have TEN frozen dinners, and a bunch of frozen turkey meat. Yay!

I had pecan pie for dessert. It was from a restaurant nearby called Kings Hawaiian. They have an awesome bakery.

The pie was good.

The rest of the day was a lot of hanging out on the couch with Bruno.
