In History class, I watch a current events show with my kids. It’s called CNN10. At the end of each episode, the host does a couple of “shoutouts” – that is, he mentions schools and teachers that comment on the CNN10 social media accounts.
Yesterday when we got to the shoutouts, this was the school he mentioned:
Ha! Orange Lutheran High School is just down the road from my school! How cool! I don’t know the teacher he mentioned, but it was so exciting to see a sister school on the screen.

That is cool! I really need to start watching that show. I scan headlines from a couple of websites (CNN & BBC), but I should actually watch a little news.
