We had our spring musical last night. It went well. Good job, students!
I stayed through after school rather than driving home and back again. I decided to treat myself to a steak dinner at Outback. It was busy, so the host suggested that I sit at the bar. That was fine with me so I sat.
But then the people next to me started talking. First it was three ladies, then a man by himself. Then a couple sat next to me and were also kind of talky. Under different circumstances I might’ve liked it, but I was expecting to have a quiet dinner of looking at my phone.
I ordered a steak. It was pretty good. But next time, I think I’ll ask for a booth.
Sorry people were so chatty, but at least you go to eat some delicious steak. It looks soooo yummy!
I’m glad the musical went well! Maybe things will get a little more back to normal?
