Corned Beef and Cabbage

Yesterday was St. Patrick’s Day. I did not drink any green beer, as was my dad’s custom. I did find some corned beef though. I got it from the diner I eat breakfast at on Saturdays. It was really busy in there. I got carryout.

Mmm… salty meat… It was good.
