I’m trying to eat less unhealthy food. Specifically, I’m trying to cut down on sugar. I can eat a serious amount of sugar and not be sick of it. But it’s really not good for me.
When I get hungry, there are a few things I try to keep from eating bad stuff. First, I eat flax. It’s not calorie free, but it is sugar free. Next is a boiled egg. No sugar there either. If I just can’t shake the craving, I do my low-sugar cereals. Right now I have Kix and Cheerios.

Will I keep this up? Is this even that big of a difference? I don’t know. But something is better than nothing, right?
Ugh. There you go, being inspirational again. I wish Lauren of Yesterday would have read this instead of eating ice cream and Twix bars.
