My dietary experiment to reduce my sugar intake is continuing. For now, I’m not trying to avoid all sugar – I’m trying to avoid added sugar. Things that naturally have sugars in them are on the table for me. (Milk has sugar. I can’t imagine giving that up. Yikes!)
I still crave sweet, so when I do, I’m trying to eat fruit.

It’s working so far. I’ve kept to my intentions. And I think my waistline has shrunk a little, too. Good job, Brad!
Congratulations! Yes, I find fruit often fills the holes of other sugar-laden treats. It’s nigh unto impossible to completely remove sugar from one’s diet these days…
