Welcome to Brad's online memory archives.

A Fine Time

I’m late with my post today. I slept later than usual because I got to bed so late.

Here’s the Seward visit retrospective:

Why I came:
Pam (Rachel's mom's sister), Rachel, and me (Rachel's dad's brother)

What we did on Saturday:
Lloyd and Lauren helped. Lauren picked worms out of the dirt to save them from death in a trash bag, and Lloyd took pictures.

Why I was so late in getting to bed:
Absolut chaos.

My flight from Lincoln to Chicago was late. I RAN through the Chicago airport. My luggage came on the next flight. I had it by 1:00am. So… sleepy… But at least I wasn’t among the people from the flight from San Francisco. Their luggage came at 6am and 9am. Yikes!

Glad to hear you were able to run through one of our fair city’s airports! I’m picturing that old Hertz commercial with OJ Simpson running to catch his flight, only it’s you sprinting along. Good thing you played football in high school, so you could run like OJ. Hee hee. 😀

P.S. Did Karl Hollibaugh confirm Rachel? He’s a Seward grad (88 I think) and he and his family are dear, dear friends of ours; we served time with them in Minnesota.

I have his son, Josiah in math class.

Holy crap! How old is he now?

Oh wait, was he one that you banished to the hall for raising your heart rate?

Criminy – how long were you at the Lincoln airport? I had guilt that we left after you went in. Guilt. Guilt. Guilt.
