I spread the mulch yesterday. I got home at about 3:00pm and worked until 7:00pm. What a great workout. I was so tired when I was done. Load wheelbarrow with mulch, roll it to the back yard, dump and spread it, roll it back to the front yard, load it up again. Whew! But my garden looks awesome! If you’re ever feeling bad about how your garden looks, just spread some fresh mulch. It does wonders.

Ooooooooo——aaaaaaaaahhhhh!!!! I too love the path, I think I told you that already … how about an addition of a hammock or a swing off to the side … add a drink & a book and I’d never leave … not that I would crash your yard when you were in Seward or anything …
BTW: I add fresh mulch to my gardens every single year & it doesn’t look any better … do you think it’s the absence of plants that makes it look bad?
