I got a package in the mail yesterday! Woo hoo! It was a Dr. Who toy. Woo hoo! Lauren tipped me off that it was her. Thanks, Lauren! It’s awesome!
In the Dr. Who TV show, there are these creatures called “weeping angels”. They look like angel statues standing with their hands over their faces. When it gets dark or you look away or you blink, the creatures move toward you to get you. They’re some of the creepiest villains on the show. If you have four minutes and twenty-five seconds, THIS video shows some clips of them. I have thought for a while that it would be fun to have a weeping angel in my garden, but no one makes full-size replicas. Instead, Lauren sent me a mini version. I assembled the kit immediately.
