I stayed after school to watch some soccer games yesterday. My co-worker Angie was there with some of her kids. Her son was wearing some really cool Darth Vader shoes. I was envious. These would make great teacher shoes: They’re black, they’re kind of dressy looking, and they’re AWESOME. Unfortunately, I can’t find them in an adult size. They’re kids shoes. Dang.
Ha!! Those are fantastic!! The face placement is just perfect. I wonder if when you stub your toe they yell, “Nnnnooooooooooo!!!!”
I always tell the kids with light-up shoes that I’m jealous they don’t make them for grown-ups.
They also don’t make shoes with pop-out roller skate wheels for adults 🙁
That WOULD be a time saver, no? Go ahead, Lloyd; get the patent. I’d be a customer!
Those are so cool!! Did you notice the ‘face’ or did you have to be told? (nr)
Did you just recently read the ‘Movie Misquotes’ that was on Google? Darth Vader was like one of the top ones. He never said ‘Luke’. Bummer.

I like Tommy Boy’s version better….and I guess everyone else does too, beings that’s the one we all use.

And HA!! I read your picture caption as ‘Luke, I am your father’ the 1st time. Your footwear….HAHA!!
I was particularly proud of my title today. Dark Siders – Dock Siders. I didn’t know if anybody actually called shoes Dock Siders any more though… It seems like they were more popular when I was in middle school or high school.
Oh, I was under the impression that that was the actual name of the shoe. Well done there.
Clever indeed!
I thought you were calling them that because Darth is (or was, depending on which movie) the Dark Side. Hence, Dark Siders.
And did you notice the Darth face on your own?
You forgot to mention that the eyes light up! That was super cool … and a little scary!
I bet you wish you had ridiculously small feet now, huh?
