I wore my orange tie with blue polka dots yesterday. It always gets comments. Unfortunately, it got wet or something a while back and one side of the tie has a weird bulge in it. Silk just doesn’t do well with water. When one of my students said something about my tie, I told him it was probably the last time I would ever wear it and that I would be throwing it away. He asked if he could have it, so I’m bringing it to school for him today.
I tried to suck in my gut when I took the picture. I really need to exercise.
Awww…. I am sad for your ruined tie, but how sweet that you are making a gift of it! Perhaps you’re going to start that young man on his new career!
Ooo….I like that color combination of orange & blue, very nice. I think I would like it reversed too….blue with orange dots.
But I don’t see a bulge in the tie ….. or in you.
