Our last day of school before break was a good one. The highlights for me were the chapel service and the Christmas party. In chapel yesterday, this group of kids was one of the loudest singing groups of kids I’ve sung with. The last song was “O Come All Ye Faithful”. It was awesome!
The Christmas party was really nice. Parents brought food. One of the kids made buffalo chicken dip that was amazing. The popular item was fried chicken. The kids loved it! One of the kids found an internal organ in his chicken. He dared another kid to eat it. He did! I was impressed.

Yes – a party with sweet and savory food! That is so much better than just the dessert stuff. Good call – I wish I could have been there.
Inquiring minds want to know: was it the liver? Heart?! Was it at least cooked?!?!
