Debbie had a few of us over to her house to chat, snack, and float in the pool. It was great! I got caught up with everyone, had tasty treats, and cooled off from the hot day by swimming.
Tom and Debbie’s garden is huge and beautiful. Yesterday I kept admiring the tree planted by the pool. It was pleasingly symmetrical, and as the sun hit it, it glowed yellow and green. I took a picture of it, but waited until the end of my time there. I wish I would have taken a picture earlier, because it really was bright.

Anyway, I loved the get-together. It was so fun to see everyone. It was also nice to get out of my house. I’ve been staying home a lot lately. Maybe I should take a day trip somewhere…

I vote ‘yes’ for a day trip. Let us live vicariously through your adventure! It’s either that or pretend you’re on house arrest. Either way, let us know how it goes.
We were so happy to see everybody! It was fun catching up and talking about future plans. Hopefully we can do it again before some of you go back to school. ( Sorry Carol)
