I’ve posted about this before, but it’s so dang funny, I have to show it again. Gus has had a renewed fascination with the aquarium lately. He stands on the foot rest of my reclining couch seat and paws at the tank. He also gets up on the tray table (which he really shouldn’t do) and paws at the tank.
It’s the loaches that have caught his attention so badly. They’ve been swimming frantically up and down the walls of the tank. It almost looks like they’re trying to escape or something, but the internet says it’s normal behavior. Whatever’s going on, the loaches are definitely Gus’ new favorites.
His claws make a tapping sound as he swipes at the glass.
I love it! It’s like his favorite show is always on television. Do you think they are frantically swimming up and down to escape the scary creature on the other side of the glass?
