Welcome to Brad's online memory archives.

Tie Day

Yesterday was Sunday, so I got to wear a tie. I miss wearing ties. I wore the tie to church, then to a presentation by my niece Anna about her choir trip to Europe.

We were meeting up with my cousins Gina and Juile in Omaha, so my mom and I left right from church. So I wore a tie to a sports bar. Harold and Beth and family were already there, so it was a party. I also saw my cousin Lisa, who was coincidentally at the same bar having lunch with a friend.

When I got back to Lloyd and Lauren’s, I left my tie on, because I was going to go back out to… a to hibachi restaurant! Yay!

It was Harold and Beth’s anniversary, so we all went out to eat.

I had shrimp.

I had shrimp.

It was the last time I’ll wear a tie until June, when I will be back in Nebraska for my nieces’ weddings.

Did you feel like an English gentleman, dressed up all day? Didn’t we used to call you the gentleman gardener? 🙂
