Evening Concert

One of my former students was having a recital last night. It was a last performance before he goes off to college. He played violin and flute. It was beautiful, and so fun to listen to. I’m glad I went.

My picture was before the concert.

It was also fun because of the venue – the Wailuku Union Church. It’s one of the oldest churches on Maui. I’ve often been curious of the place when I’ve driven past. And now I’ve been inside! Nice!

It was getting dark by the time I left.

Look at you – going out on a Saturday! That goes against our couch-loving natures, but I am proud of you. :). I bet the concert was lovely!

I’ve wondered about how to see inside buildings that I’m curious about. Can I just ask to look around?

Good for you to go support! What a great shot of the church! It could be your Christmas card! Or their Christmas card….. maybe you could suggest that$$$
