I went for a period of time where I wasn’t really getting any catalogs. I thought maybe the age of the catalog was over. But recently, catalogs have started coming again.
Yesterday i got a very exciting catalog in the mail – the Plant Delights Nursery catalog. For years, this was my favorite catalog. They offer strange and spectacular plants – things that, in Baltimore, I would push the limits of gardening decency with.
I will savor this catalog by looking at a little bit of it each night before I sleep. And hopefully, I will have wonderfully green dreams.
Plantcestry! That is a hilarious name. I would buy something from them just to support their funny. 🙂
I miss catalogs, too, but I don’t miss how I would never throw them out. I wonder if the library has a free catalog table? Hmmmmm……..
I used to get lots of catalogs too and haven’t in years? The interline ya know….(that’s marks word, ha) How great for you to get that one! And good idea to look at before bed, you might really have fun dreams about the products….. or dream that you have to plant everything in the catalog in 5 minutes?
Did you get the Burpee Seed catalog growing up? It was my favorite because it meant people were thinking about spring and everything was SOOOO pretty. Upon its delivery it was promptly put in our bathroom for hours of garden dreaming.
