When I got home from church last night, I wanted a snack. I had a several avocados ripening on the counter top, so I cut up TWO! Wow! Eating two avocados at one time? It was like I was a rich person or something!
They were perfectly ripe. Mmm…

I’ve been buying some avocado cups from Sam’s and Costco. I used to use half of one for a sandwich and save the other half, but now I just eat the rest with a spoon. Mmmmmm……
Wow – this IS noteworthy! At our house if real avocados are purchased and left on a counter to ripen the week’s calendar reads something like this:
Monday – not ripe yet
Tuesday – still not quite ripe
Wednesday – almost ripe!
Thursday – over ripe…toss ‘im out now. 🙁
