My flights back to Baltimore were mostly uneventful. I slept most of the way. I was dealing with some jet lag. I was also dealing with an early start. A retired teacher was gracious enough to pick me up at 3:50am to take me to the airport. Whew!
I had only carry-on bags, so I went straight to the kiosk. It asked me to type in the first letters of my destination city. After I typed in “B” and “A”, I got three choices.
HAHAHA! Batman? I laughed like a maniac when I saw it. I am so mad at myself for not selecting “Batman”. I wonder what would have happened.
That’s a RIOT! What ever could they expect if someone chose Batman instead of a “real place” … like that other one in Bali I’ve never heard of either. On second thought, why didn’t you choose Bali?! Much more interesting than the city with the airport name longer than most of its runways, no?
Surely that is only an option for the people who arrive at 4 a.m. A little pick-me-up that’s better than coffee. 🙂
Hooray for arriving home safely! I hope today you can recover from the double time difference!
HA! I’m Batman.
Too bad you weren’t flying to a city that started with ‘Su’. You surely (don’t call me Shirley) would have selected that Super hero!
Bali is a real place?
