Last time I was at the grocery store, I saw a new cereal: Strawberry Honeycomb. I was curious, so I bought it.
Sometimes you say: “The flavor is hard to describe.” This is not one of those times. I know exactly how to describe the flavor: It tastes exactly like Frankenberry used to taste before the horrible re-formulation into inedible plastic. If I could find some small, hard, berry-flavored marshmallows, I could actually re-create the old Frankenberry cereal. How exciting!
I wonder if Honeycomb would consider making a blueberry or chocolate flavored version. Then I could recreate all the monster cereals! Muah, ha, haaa!
I am so happy for you! I was about to say go hoard all the boxes they have before they stop making it, but there is a part of me that thinks that might contribute to the problem. Lloyd loves WalMart’s corn and bean salsa, so he bought all of the jars. I think he was the only one in Seward who liked it, so when they saw it was gone and no one else was buying any (because we had a year’s supply), they didn’t re-order. He had to request it later, I think.
That was a longer comment than I meant to write.
