Somewhere along the line, I stopped eating my ground flax in the morning. I think it’s been more than a year now. I used to look forward to it. Now I don’t even think about it. I’m still drinking my Carnation breakfast drink every day, but somehow the flax has just fallen by the wayside.
I haven’t had my cholesterol checked in a while. I wonder if it’s gone up since I’ve stopped flaxing.

I wondered about that during your past visits. I still have a jar marked ‘Brad’s Flax’ in the downstairs freezer. Should I throw it out?
