Denis kept working on the countertops. I covered an electrical cord with PVC conduit (you can see it in these pictures… it’s the third vertical pipe in the center of the picture). I also did some painting. The radiator got a second coat and the vertical pipes all got painted with the wall color to make them blend in.
Everything always takes so much longer than planned! I’m hoping to do some other smaller things today.
But at least the left-hand side of the counter top is DONE! As soon as the right-hand side is done, I can do the sink. Then the kitchen will be fully functional, even if it doesn’t look finished.
I’d like a refresher picture sequence…north, south, east, west, please? I’m so envious. I need to re-do a room in our house, just for fun…but Harold might leave me if I do that to him again…
I agree. Could you do a post of side-by-sides, as well? (Old vs. new) This is what keeps me going, man.
I’d like a panaramic quicktime movie like thing that I can rotate through three dimentions to really get a feel for it.
