My friend Beth is here for a conference in DC. She came up early to visit. She stayed with Tress Wednesday night and me last night. Denis and I met Tress and Beth for dinner at McCormick and Schmick's seafood restaurant in the Inner Harbor.
After Tress and Beth spent a little time being lost and doing a driving tour of Baltimore City, we finally got settled it. It was just about the most gorgeous weather you could ask for, so we ate outside. The food was great and the company was even better. We stayed until after 8pm. Tress had to get going. She was on her way to Philadelphia for a new job. Today is her first day.
Beth and I stayed up late (for me) talking. She loves my massage chair. 🙂 She also loves Max, who loves her purse. And her toes.
And per Kim's request, I'm working on the JFK case. It's proving tougher than I thought. I'm following a lead about the guy on the right-hand side of this photo, but I'll need to do some more reconnaissance and gather some more data before I can share any conclusions.

I got to hang with Beth & Tress for a beer Wednesday afternoon! Very cool to have a little time with them. I was hoping to join them for dessert, but it wasn’t meant to be… I’m so glad have had a moment!!

Hi Beth!! Welcome to Balto.!!!…Maybe the next time you’re in town, Brad will introduce you to more of his friends in Balto….although it’s understandable why he likes to keep us hid away. At least we’re not all locked in a tower. Wait, that could be fun!

It has been great to be here mixing business and pleasure.
Brad&Dennis have been such awesome hosts and the house is FAB. I Love old houses, Brad’s garden-SEASONS, hanging out with my old peeps. SO awesome to finally get to see Tress and Deanne after what has been 19 yrs! and to meet Dennis and the amazing MAX! Max rode with us from Baltimore to DC today and he and I almost took him with me. I didn’t get to go out that much in Baltimore because I was too busy hanging out with friends, in the garden and playing with Max and honestly- that is the best part of it all.
Brad- THANKS FOR EVERYTHING! See ya tomorrow nite! Give Max a kiss for me.

Hey Ms. Karla- how’s the Anna and the baby on board?
Anna’s good – she’s just getting over a really bad cold. Poor thing was coughing so much and so hard she broke some blood vessels in her eye. Then we thought she had pink eye!
Spanky’s doing well too. S/he keeps getting bigger, and I’m starting to get questioned as to whether or not I’m having twins. One of these days, someone’s going to get kicked for asking. 😉 I just hope they don’t run away while I’m winding up for it, because I won’t be able to catch them. Hehehe 😀
