I think aging is incredibly fun. And I say that without any sarcasm at all. There are all these surprises that I never really talked about with anyone. Some of them aren’t as good, like my metabolism continuing to slow down. Some of them are awesome, like the rise in confidence and respect. And some of them are just plain weird. It’s the weird ones I enjoy the most.
I’ve had a stray eyebrow hair sticking out of my right eyebrow for the last couple of days. I’ve gotten these before, and I usually just pull them. But I’ve seriously considered whether or not I should have crazy old-man-eyebrows. If it’s just genetic, then I’m out of luck. My dad’s brows are normal looking. Or could I encourage some wild brows by leaving this stray until it was joined by another… then another…
Maybe 39 is a little young to have Andy Rooney eyebrows, so maybe I won’t keep this stray around too much longer. But it sure is fun to anticipate it. And what crazy thing will my aging body do next? I can hardly wait!
How
annoyingnoble of you to find aging interesting. So far most things have saddened or frightened me.Don’t feed that stray or it will never go home.
See if you can’t encourage them to creep a little higher, will ya?
I think you might need to bump your wake up time to 5am instead of 4am. To combat those bloodshot eyes.
And, Harold’s Dad has crazy eyebrows. I hope it’s hereditary. 😀
Heh. I took the picture right before bed. I had already fallen asleep a couple of times while watching TV.
There’s a wild hare on your face?!?!? Relax…I’ll go get the shovel!!!
HA! Good one, Peggy…
