I had a delightfully pleasant day yesterday. After visiting Brent in his new office, I went to the Pesters. I hung out for a little while, then Beth, Tara, Tim and I decided to go to the library. Tara and Tim rode their bikes. Beth and I walked. On the way to the library, we met the ice cream man. I had an ice cream sandwich. Tara and Tim were very interested in the treats that looked like things. Tim selected a Tweety Bird. Tara chose a girl shaped popsicle. They are really funny looking. Or scary.
The library was fun. I don’t go to libraries very often. Tara and Tim could each choose five books. I chose one too. Then I noticed this:
I ended the day with burgers at my mom and dad’s. It was a delicious meal and wonderful company. And the end of a great first day. Here’s to many more…
Cake pan check out – awesome! Those things are like $20 each!
Agreed!
I think it’s fascinating that you got ice cream from that truck. It was just a couple of years ago that I even knew we had that service and I’ve never ordered something. That Tweety bird looks awfully scrumptious…
It looks like ZOMBIE Tweety! I love it!!
And dang, I wish libraries here had all those cake pans to check out. I would probably try every one. I can’t believe they have a Ziggy one. I love Ziggy!
Continue to enjoy your Adult Summer Camp! Grrrr…..
