Welcome to Brad's online memory archives.

Orange and Brown… and RED. And Pink.

I have 243 ties. That means I have a tie for almost every occasion. The tie I always wear on Thanksgiving is this one:
Gobble, gobble... kaBOOM!

I think it looks exactly like exploding turkeys. Happy Thanksgiving!

Now to get the image of exploding turkeys out of your head, here are some pictures of my camellia bush.

It is covered with flower buds right now:
So many potential flowers...

And look! One is blooming!
I love this color of flower.

Those feathers are all over the place. Where’s the gravy?

What a tragic, happy post! I would never be able to look at you in that tie without busting out laughing.

    Happy Thanksgiving to all!

    Gobble, Gobble, Gobble… CHOP!

That’s quite a tie!! At Christmas time, remind me to have a “tie-brelation” event when all my mostly school ties will be up for grabs. You do need a few more, don’t you?? My Rush Limbough ties are becoming collector’s items.
The camellia bush will be spectacular if it has time from the weather to go into full bloom. Be sure to share a picture.
    Have a very blest Thanksgiving!!!

Before I scrolled down to read the caption for your TG tie photo, I thought to myself, “That’s appropriate for the day – it looks just like exploding turkeys”. Maybe there is more of the artist in me than I’ve always thought…?

We’re scheduled to dine on turkey, sauerkraut, some sort of potato concoction, and Swiss beans with my brother-in-law this afternoon [went to Buca di Beppo yesterday for Italian before taking in The Muppets] and I normally wear my turkey earings as part of my attire for the Big Event. They’re not nearly so splashy as your tie – nor do the images of turkey appear to be ruptured or split open in any way. Boring, but still recognizable.
