Last night was Bible study night at my house. When we first started these Bible studies, I put out some peanuts and pretzels for people to munch on. After that, people brought snacks. I always have something because I worry that no one will bring anything, then everybody brings something and we have a ton of stuff to eat. Last night was a big night. And when they left, no one took their food. I got to keep it all! Woo hoo! I’ll be eating junk all weekend!
But my favorite treats of all are the cupcakes Peggy brought. They’re Halloween cupcakes! Ha!
The knives with red jelly are particularly attractive alrightee. Was the cake itself red velvet by any chance? Yup, nothing says sittin’ around studying the Scriptures to me like spooky, bloody decorated cupcakes. Nice job, Pegster!

Here’s to a weekend filled with glorious empty calories! I have a bag of lemon cookies for just that purpose. 🙂 Oh, and popcorn….. and Little Debbies…….mmmmm…..

That angel food cake was delicious! I especially like the crunchy-ish top of angel food cake. So good!
PS. And at least you’ll be well stocked for when Sandy hits. Stupid Sandy. But I’m content (teeth clenched, but content) ;)!
