A New Job

I have been looking for a job at a veterinarian office. That way, I can work with people and with animals. I interviewed at an office yesterday and was accepted! I have made an effort not to specifically mention work places here at Bradaptation, so I won’t mention the name, but it’s a really nice place. I like the people who work there. It has a really good energy.

At first I will spend a while learning how things work there. I will mostly be in the front area, helping things run smoothly and efficiently, but along the way, I’ll be learning how everything is done. I’m starting this Sunday. I’m so excited!

It will certainly be different from what I’ve been doing so much for the last few weeks: sitting at my computer and searching for openings and sending applications.

Goodbye, work station.

Goodbye, work station.

Hooray! This is so exciting! I think this sounds like a great job for you, and I’m actually a little jealous.

    God is good!

    How exciting for you!

Wear your sneaks and eat your Wheaties! The people at my Vet’s office always seem to be moving! Can’t wait to hear about your first week.

Doesn’t the Mom of one of our former students work at this Vet’s office ?

Deb’s right – wear running shoes. (Bet you’re getting good “client” practice this weekend, eh? Thanks again – seeing gulls fly over the breakers after sleeping in ’till 8 a.m. is a great gift.)

Just think: now you can attend parties and have humans come up to with asking medical advice for their pets! (“Doc, my cat has this pain…” “What should Fido do about his…?”) And you can give professional sounding answers and send consulting bills afterward – sounds like a deal to me!

Congrats, sir – you’ll be excellent at this, I am sure.

Congrats! A new beginning is exciting! Can’t wait to hear of your new adventures.

Woo hoo! This sounds just perfect!! I’ve always wanted to work with animals…so yup, I’m jealous too. I bet you’ll find that animals are sometimes easier to work with than people.

Way to go! Congratulations & I’m so happy for you!

Congratulations, Brad … here’s to the next exciting chapter of Bradaptation … and to our Lord and Savior who always makes a way where there seems to be no way.

Hope the “kids” have been behaving themselves for Uncle Brad.

Congratulations! I’m sure you’ll do well. God has a way of guiding us to the right position. God bless! We miss you in Hawaii! Diane
