When I walked past the junk food vending machine at work yesterday, I noticed there were cheese puffs available. I like cheese puffs a lot. I decided I would get some. When I got to the machine, I noticed there were two brands: Cheetos and Utz. Which would I get? I got both! It was in the name of Science!
Mmm… Cheesy…
The Cheetos were more substantial, each piece looked more like the other, and they were a darker orange. Full points for looking good and for mouth-feel.
The Utz curls were softer and longer, and their cheese flavor was decidedly better. Full points for taste.
I think if I had to choose between the two, Utz would win.

Yea, UTZ! And not that they would fit iny our vending machine, but you know you can get those in the Ginormous Screw-top Jars at big box stores and food liners, right? Set for life!

Did you let them sit open for a bit to allow staleness to set in before eating them? I know how you like your cheese curls stale:)
I prefer Cheetos. Maybe because they do taste less cheesey. And I think they’re puffier…..which I like!

Not that I am right, but I choose Cheetos. I love their crunch and will sacrifice a little better taste (Utz), for the acceptable taste, time-proven overall history and “mouth-feel” of Cheetos. Um-m-m-m-m….crunch..crunch..crunch!! 🙂
