My pond is in terrible need of a cleaning. There is algae and trash clogging the bottom. Even with all the junk, I am still seeing signs of life. Some goldfish have survived the winter, and more than one frog. The frogs scare me half to death all the time. They sit silently on the edge of the pond and then suddenly make loud splashing noises as they jump into the pond.
Last night I saw one of them before he could scare me.
Stupid scary frog…
So put up a “No frogs allowed!” sign – they can read, can’t they?!
Yea, well, anyway….
Ha! He looks so sinister.
We had flooding this week, and one of my moms said her backyard has become a swamp and is FILLED with frogs! It’s driving her crazy at night.
Be happy it’s not an alligator! My friend in Florida had one her backyard!
