Fitter

Today would have been my last session of Boot Camp exercises, but I’m still coughing too much and feeling sick. I didn’t go on Wednesday either. It’s too bad, because I have been noticing a difference in my everyday activities.

At first I didn’t notice the difference (except for some soreness), but yesterday morning I went up and down the stairs several times in succession and it was really easy. It felt strange not to be breathing hard.

I love the pressure of accountability that working in a group brought. Maybe the gym membership that I’ve been paying for but not using can offer me some kind of group work. Gyms do “classes”, right?

It’s nice to hear that you are seeing results after just a short time. I have never done any kind of real exercise for any real amount of time, so maybe this is the information that will change that.

    ….. who am I kidding?

You have a big day tomorrow, so I hope you rest up some today. 🙂

Gus’ Diary, Day 16: (yes, yes, I know I skipped Day 15 – got so involved in my napping and all…)

Go, Purr-son, go (as opposed to that stupid Pokemon Go thing everyone seems to be chattering about)! If you can feel the improvement from strenuous exercising, do continue. I, on the other paw, will continue my Olympic nap training if you don’t mind. [My only exercise includes walks to my food or water bowls, walks to a litter box, strolls to available window sills…you get the idea.] –#eye on the gold
