I worked at school yesterday. It’s strange to be in Baltimore still while my family makes funeral preparations. It is nice to have work to distract me though. School starts in less than two weeks, so I have plenty to do. Yesterday I tried to do some things that were physical instead of mental.
I’ve been wanting to get more gospel on the walls at school. There was a banner fastened to the wall that was law-heavy, and Debbie (my former co-worker) had given me a nice gospel banner I could replace it with.

I did some classroom rearranging too, plus some other sundry bolt-tightening and ceiling tile fixing. It was nice to work with my hands. I haven’t worked on the porch in a week now. It was also nice to get some things crossed off my list.
I’m sure I will be adding more items as I go along.
Ah, yes, the distraction of work. It’s good to have a focus and then the feeling of accomplishment.
I had to read ‘Sort short stories’ a couple of times. You wrote a little tongue twister. 🙂
Big-time improvement on the banner. That’s a great reminder for everyone.
