Home Again

My travels yesterday went well. There was an unusual amount of turbulence on both of my flights, but it at least wasn’t BIG turbulence. Just small, continual bumpiness. Ugh.

But I have arrived safely on Maui. Yay!

After getting home, I did some quick unpacking and gave some attention to Gus, then I headed for church. I successfully stayed awake during the whole service, even though it went from midnight to 1am Baltimore time.

On the way home, I stopped at the grocery store. I needed milk and various other items. When I went past the flower department, I smelled hyacinths. Mmm… I had to get one.

I got this one because it has two flower spikes.

Food for the body and soul. 🙂 I’m glad you made it home safe and sound.

It feels wrong and not wrong to say ‘Happy Good Friday!’, so I’m doing it.

That’s like the late night Christmas Eve services, except you’re in the Lenten season.

Glad you made it home safely.
