On my way home from church and school yesterday, I had to pull off to the side of the road to watch something I haven’t seen before: a cat and a chicken interacting.
They were surprisingly close to each other. The cat sort of looked like it was at ease. It even did kind of a stretch. Then it walked a little closer to the chicken. The chicken wasn’t having it. It took a threatening stance, and the cat backed off.
The cat had its head down right when I took the picture.
Hilarious! Nature at its best. This story was even better when I read it through a second time in an Australian accent.
