All yesterday I was getting emails, texts, and calls for condo-related reasons – the title company, the mortgage guy, my realtor… The amount of paperwork is bewildering. So many numbers and dates. Big purchases are always scary for me, so the total amount of this sale is terrifying.
I was talking with my students about how scary it was, and Christian said: “It’ll be just like a long plane ride: if you make it, it’ll be so fun!” If I make it? Hahah! I almost fell down I was laughing so hard.
I got all the paperwork submitted that I was supposed to do. I think. I guess for now, I’ll just have to grip the armrests and hope I make it.
The mortgage papers are the thickest.
