I went to Costco yesterday to get a couple of things. It was awful. Costco is not a place you go to just get a couple of things, in and out. People walk so slowly, and they block the aisle with their cart, or with their giant group of people who are walking four abreast.
I tried to not be grouchy, because a lot of the people were on their vacation and having a fun time. Next time I’ll try to remember what it was like, and be more prepared for the slow, slow, frustrating crowds of people.
Holy cow. That is a long line. Yesterday, Lloyd and I went to a Goodwill that was packed and I said, “I sure hope we don’t find anything.” We left pretty quickly
Good for you for recognizing the slow people’s situation! I am sorry that it was a frustrating trip, though.
Your clue this wasn’t going to end well was in combining “quick” and “Costco” in the same phrase. Similarly, no “Quick” and “Walmart” or “BJs” together.
