Yesterday evening as the sun was setting, something about the angle of the sunlight seemed different. It sort of looked like Fall. To add to the feeling, it was breezy and cool in Kihei.
I sat out on the lanai and enjoyed it for a little while.

We have had some oddly nice days in the 60s, but today we are back to genuine cold.
Is there fall in Hawaii? Do you just have sorta fall and sorta winter? Do you even have a jacket? Ha How nice for you and great that you sat outside and enjoyed. No leaves to rake is a perk!
There is a cooler and rainier season that everyone calls winter. Where I live, it’s nice to get “cooler” air, because it’s on the leeward side of the island. I have a jacket, but it’s only for when I go to the top of the volcano. It’s 10,000 ft up, so it’s cool there.
