Passing on Plants

I’m looking for a new pot for one of my plants. That leads me to visit various garden centers around town.

Garden centers are normally dangerous places for me to visit, because I always want to buy plants while I’m there. Lately, though, I’ve seen plants I like, but I haven’t bought them.

Yesterday, my visit was at Lowe’s. They always have great bedding plants there. If I had a place to plant annuals, I would have gotten a bunch, but there isn’t really any place for me to plant them. Yay for saving money!

Yay for constraints! Sometimes they are a true blessing. 🙂

I thought of you when I visited The Orchid Garden center on Harford Rd for the first time last week. It was so tropical. I have 2 orchids that have outgrown their pots and I wanted some advice. It will definitely be dangerous for me to go back there.

I see that you were strong…. even after my tauntings….ha. good for you! Hey, maybe you could offer to keep up the landscaping at your complex under the condition that you get to do and plant what you want! And a little cut on your rent…. It would all be YOUR flower bed!! I know. I’m a genius.
